We are a leading independent long-term investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure, specialising in public-private partnerships and precinct development. Established in 2004, we now have more than 200 professionals across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Singapore. Our assets under management comprise 22 projects worth more than A$32 billion, part of our global portfolio of 89 projects worth more than A$90 billion across Australia, North America, the Middle East and the UK. We are known for delivering some of the most iconic public infrastructure in Australia, such as Sydney Metro, the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Gold Coast Light Rail. The success we have achieved in our core PPP business has allowed us to grow our asset management capability and we are now responsible for providing asset management services to additional infrastructure assets on behalf of other investors.
