Strata Partners

Strata Partners was established in 1994 with four original owners and equal partners. The motivation was to start a strata management company that would strive to be the best in the industry, achieve the highest level of customer service and provide a personal approach. Those original Partners were highly experienced strata managers, they managed their own portfolio of buildings and each had an interest in managing the company. They combined their strengths and experience and quickly grew the company into one of the most respected brands in the strata management industry. Over the next 25 years, Strata Partners owners have migrated, moved on and changed but we are still owned and operated by four Partners who are professional acting strata managers. That personal approach and involvement in strata management within the company is still our point of difference.
