Nikolaou Associates, based in Brisbane, provides a full range of services as Architect and General Planner. We are experienced across a broad range of project types including retail, commercial, infrastructure and residential. Our focus is to assist our clients to find optimal solutions that will serve them well into the future. Our service offering is always individually tailored to match the requirements of our clients. We provide either a limited service defined by scope e.g. addressing early stages of brief development, concept design, through to detail design with co-ordination of consultant teams. Alternatively, we can offer full services, with design responsibility for consultants where agreed, and site superintendence from tender through to certification of final completion of the works. In the early phases of projects, we assist our clients to clarify their brief and to uncover additional ‘value add’ solutions which may otherwise have been missed. We aim for timeless, responsive design that provides value for our clients, and we work closely with consultant teams, authorities, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve this.
